Rent Collection - 14.4% inc. VAT (max).

- Collecting the rent

- Producing a rent statement for Landlords

- Dealing with Notices to quit

Full Management - 21% inc. VAT (max).

This service includes all property and management issues, from initial advertising through to completion.

- Appraisal of the property’s rental value

- Marketing and advertising online and in our shop front

- Undertaking a full property inventory including meter reading

- Arranging and accompanying tenant viewings

- Obtaining and reviewing tenant references

- Notifying landlord’s mortgage lenders (if required)

- Collecting the tenant’s deposit and one month’s advance rent

- Arranging necessary landlord insurance policies

- Transferring all utilities accounts into new Tenant's name

- Property inspections

- Producing rent statements

- Issuing warning letters/termination notices if required

- At end of tenancy, arranging professional cleaning and deal with deposit efund
