How We Handle Client Money 

- All client money is held in dedicated client accounts, separate from company funds. 

- We conduct regular reconciliations and maintain full accounting records.

 - Client funds are never used for business operations and are only used for their intended purposes. 

- Bank charges on client money accounts are covered by us, except where overseas remittance fees apply. 

- Our procedures are audited annually to ensure compliance with RICS regulations.

Our firm is a member of the RICS Client Money Protection (CMP) Scheme, which offers f inancial security and protection for client money.
