Additional Services provided by Globe Apartments include the following:

Please note some of the services are included within the rent while some are additional. Charges are subject to change without notice. If you have a specific requirement please contact your booking agent who will be happy to assist.

Answerphone Services
An automated easy to use answering service is available in all the flats by dialling 1571. This service is free of charge.

Telephone Services
We understand how important staying in touch can be for our guests. Direct dial telephones are available in all apartments. They are simple and ready to use on arrival.

Globe Telephone Tariff
Country dialling codes and detailed price information can be found in the Guest Welcome Folders in the apartments and are also available on our phone tariffs page

Air Conditioning Services
A rise in temperature needn't mean conditions indoors get uncomfortably hot. Take advantage of our portable AC hire services delivering a cooler environment for guests.

  • 100.00 GBP per week plus VAT per unit (minimum of 7 days).
  • 25.00 GBP plus VAT one off delivery charge per unit.
  • For additional units or those who require them for longer period please contact your booking agent for discounted rates.
  • Please note notice is required for booking units.

Internet Services
All apartments have broadband internet access. Details are located in the Guest Welcome Folder.

Children Services
Children are welcome and we offer facilities to accommodate. These include:

  • Cot hire (0 to 3 years) 40.00 GBP per week plus VAT (linen inclusive) *Campbed hire for children 3+ please see Additional guest costings below
  • High chair hire 15.00 GBP per week plus VAT
  • Door gates can be provided on request subject to a delivery and collection charge
  • Baby Package: high chair, cot, gates (inc. delivery) 50.00 GBP per week plus VAT

Chauffeur Services
Why not make 'check in' and 'check out' a luxury and take advantage of our chauffeur service. We can arrange a car to collect you from the airport or a desired location and drive you directly to your apartment. Your driver will have all information for your key collection.

  • From Gatwick the cost is 120.00 GBP plus parking and plus VAT
  • From Heathrow the cost is 63.00 GBP plus parking and plus VAT
  • From Luton the cost is 120.00 GBP plus parking and plus VAT
  • From Stansted the cost is 125.00 GBP plus parking and plus VAT
  • From City Airport the cost is 45.00 GBP plus parking and plus VAT
  • All bookings are subject to a 10% plus VAT administration fee.
  • If you are delayed coming through customs, there is a waiting charge of 24.00 GBP plus VAT per hour.
  • Please note prices quoted above are for standard saloon cars, prices for larger vehicles available upon request.
  • There will be a surcharge on Bank Holidays, please ask your booking agent for more details.

Housekeeping Services - Extra Bed Linen/Towels

  • Single Bed Linen 16.00 GBP plus VAT
  • Double Bed Linen 18.00 GBP plus VAT
  • Towels per set 14.75 GBP plus VAT
  • Extra Servicing - Studio Apartment 35.00 GBP per visit plus VAT (exclusive of extra linen/towels)
  • Extra Servicing - One Bedroom Apartment 45.00 GBP per visit plus VAT (exclusive of extra linen/towels)
  • Extra Servicing - Two Bedroom Apartment 60.00 GBP per visit plus VAT (exclusive of extra linen/towels)
  • Please note an allocated time is set for each check out clean which is included within the rent. Extra cleaning in addition to this time will be charged at 30.00 GBP plus VAT per hour.
  • Campbed (Extra Person Fee for additional guests of 3 years plus) nightly hire 30.00 GBP plus VAT per person per night - 1 to 3 nights (inclusive of linen)
  • Campbed (Extra Person Fee for additional guests of 3 years plus) weekly hire 90.00 GBP plus VAT per week (inclusive of linen)
  • For properties where a sofabed is present additional guest charges will also apply per person as above.

Groceries Services
A complementary welcome pack is provided and delivered to your apartment for your arrival as part of the Globe Hospitality package.

    The Inclusive Pack includes: tea, coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, orange juice, mineral water, milk, sweet biscuits and savoury crisps (sorry, no substitutions).

  • Luxury Welcome Pack
    This is available for 50.00 GBP plus VAT and includes all of the the above items plus cereal, bread, butter, jam, cheese, eggs, croissants, bacon, mini cheeses, cheese crackers, yoghurt and a bottle of wine.
