Olympics 2012 Rates

  1. Rates cover 1st July to 31 August 2012 per apartment .
  2. Three times a week servicing including twice a week towell change and once a week linen change is included within the rent
  3. Terms and Conditions:-
    1. Minumum stay 14 nights
    2. A £500.00 deposit covering telephone usage/extra services/breakages and damages will be required for each apartment booked
    3. Non refundable payment equalling 25% of total booking is required at the time of reservation.
    4. Balance of payment will be due to Globe 6 weeks prior to arrival
    5. Once balance has been paid to Globe, refunds will only be subject to resale of the apartment for the term.
