The Globe Corporate Hospitality Package is comprehensive and responsive to the need of our corporate customers ensuring maximum safety, comfort, value and levels of service.

Priority Booking
Globe is committed to providing best service and value to the corporate guest. Reservations are fast tracked. Frequent users will find that the reservation process gets quicker over time as our Reservation Team learns how you work and which of our featured portfolio suit your own corporate needs. Globes short let manager and team are very experienced in handling corporate bookings and enquiries. Visit our web site and read testimonials from our corporate users.

Extending A Reservation
Some corporate guests will want to extend their stay. Where ever possible Globe will confirm the continuation of a stay. Failing this Globe will offer a best alternative as a last resort, wherever possible.

Complimentary Upgrades
Globe is always delighted to upgrade bookings where possible (subject to availability).

Key Delivery
Guests can collect their keys from Globe's reservation offices during office hours 9.00- 5.30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Out of hours Globe key collection points. Alternatively and subject to a central London delivery address Globe will courier keys to your offices.

Housekeeper Prepared Apartments
Prior to your arrival, one of our dedicated housekeepers will prepare your apartment and complete a checklist to confirm that everything is just how it should be. If we have missed something our ‘FIX IT PLEASE' form in the Guest Folder will ensure that our maintenance team deals with the problem.

On Your Arrival
In the bathroom, guest Toiletries supplied by Temple Spa, guest soaps and shampoos and a 4-roll pack of toilet paper. Guests will need to buy their own thereafter, depending on chosen apartment. A full set of professionally laundered white towels will be provided as per the reservation which are changed once a week. New towels are charged in accordance with Globe's additional services and charges.

In the kitchen , washing powder, dishwasher tablets (if applicable), paper towels and basic cleaning materials. Guests will need to buy their own thereafter, depending on chosen apartment.

In the bedroom, professionally laundered white linens changed once week additional linens charged in accordance with Globe's additional services and charges .

Complimentary Welcome Groceries
For your arrival, tea, coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, orange juice, mineral water, milk, sweet biscuits and savoury crisps (sorry no substitutions). Guests will need to buy their own thereafter, depending on chosen apartment. Additional groceries are charged in accordance with Globe's additional services and charges .

Weekly Housekeeping Service
Each apartment is scheduled for a weekly visit as minimum, depending on chosen apartment.

Guests are reminded that our weekly housekeeping service is a general change of linen and a dust and hoover. Guests are expected to keep kitchens and bathrooms ‘generally' clean. Servicing during your stay is included. Additional housekeeping can be provided in accordance with Globe's additional services and charges .

Phone Calls Included
The first £5.00 of calls are included. Additional calls are charged in accordance with the phone tariff, detailed in the Globe's additional services and charges .

Internet Access
All of our apartments have broadband internet access. A setup disk is located in the Guest Folder. If you require a wireless adapter, please our additional services and charges

Globe Hospitality 24/7
Globe's out of hours emergency service, contact Globe's main number 020 7935 9512. A member of Globe's Team will call you back (as soon as possible when out of hours) to assist with your problem or query.

Mini Safe
Mini safes (where provided) are simple to use with instructions provided. There is a call out charge in accordance with Globes additional services and charges , to reset the safe if used incorrectly.

Apartment Lock-out Service .
Globe's emergency service will get you back into your apartment as quickly as possible. There is a call out in accordance with Globes, to attend where keys have been left in the apartment. Lost keys will be charged in accordance with Globe's terms and conditions.

Car Collection
Our preferred chauffeur will meet and greet guests with the keys to the reserved apartment charged in accordance with Globe's additional services and charges . That means an express check-in without first stopping at Globe's reservation offices. Guests are reminded to refer to our terms and conditions when using the chauffeur service.

End of Stay cleaning
The end of stay cleaning is comprehensive; preparing the apartment for our next guest is included within the Corporate Hospitality Package.
