Answerphones Services
An automated easy to use answering service is available in all the flats by dialling 1571 This is a free service. Alternatively answerphone machines can be hired for a charge of £10.00 plus VAT per week.

Telephone Services
We understand how important staying in touch can be for our guests. Direct dial telephones are available in all of the apartments that are reliable, simple and ready to use upon your arrival.

Globe Telephone Tariff
Tariff sheets, country dialling codes and detailed price information can be found in the Guest Folders that are in the apartments and are available on our phone tariffs page.

Fax and Office Services
Fax machines can be hired for the apartments and are charged at £30.00 plus VAT per week.

Faxing of documents is also done from our main office. We provide facsimile templates in the apartments, after completing these they can be taken to Globe's office in order to send / receive a fax:

Fax charges (excluding VAT at 17.5%)

  • £1.00 per page local and UK
  • £1.50 per page Europe
  • £2.00 per page all other
  • £0.25 per page incoming fax

Entertainment / Equipment Services
Most apartments have TVs and digital television, however where necessary DVD and video machines can be hired for £40.00 plus VAT for up to four weeks and CD Players for £20.00 per week plus VAT. International Plug Adaptor £5.00 plus VAT (supplied from the office).

Air Conditioning Services
We have a selection of fully air-conditioned apartments however, air conditioning units are available for rental from £100.00 per week plus VAT (minimum of 7 days) with £25.00 plus VAT delivery charge per unit. Notice is required for booking the units and discounted rates are available for machines that are required for longer periods of time. Please note that the machines have to be booked for a full week and not on a pro rata basis.

Internet Services
All of our apartments have broadband internet access. Details are located in the Guest Folder. If you require a Wireless adaptor (where wireless available), please inform the office and one will be made available for collection subject to a charge of £30.00 plus VAT.

Children Services
Children are very welcome and to make your stay more agreeable and also more convenient, we offer facilities for children that may be travelling with you. The facilities available include :

  • Single bed hire charged at a cost of £90.00 per week plus VAT (linen inclusive)
  • Cot hire charged at a cost of £40.00 per week plus VAT (linen inclusive)
  • High Chair hire £15.00 per week plus VAT
  • Door Gates can be provided on request subject to a delivery and collection charge
  • Baby Package High Chair, Cot, Gates (inc delivery) £50.00 per week plus VAT

Chauffeur Services
If you are arriving to a London airport and require a chauffeur, please let us know in advance. We can arrange a car to collect you from the airport and drive you directly to your apartment. The keys for your apartment will be with your driver

  • From Gatwick the cost is £100.00 plus parking and plus VAT
  • From Heathrow the cost is £57.00 plus parking and plus VAT
  • From Luton the cost is £100.00 plus parking and plus VAT
  • From Stansted the cost is £104.00 plus parking and plus VAT
  • From City Airport the cost is £41.00 plus parking and plus VAT

All bookings are subject to a 10% plus VAT administration fee.

If you are delayed coming through customs, there is a waiting charge of £24.00 plus VAT per hour.

Please note prices quoted are for standard saloon cars, prices for larger vehicles available upon request.

There will be a surcharge during Bank Holidays, please ask for more details.

Housekeeping Services - Extra Bed linen/Towels
  • Single Bed £14.00 plus VAT
  • Double Bed £16.00 plus VAT
  • Towels per set £11.75 plus VAT
  • Extra Servicing £35.00 per visit plus VAT (exclusive of extra linen)
  • Please note an allocated time is set for each end of tenancy. Extra cleaning will be charged at an extra £25.00 plus VAT per hour
  • Sofa Bed (for additional guest) hire £90.00 plus VAT (inclusive of linen)

Groceries Services
A standard welcome pack is provided and delivered to your apartment as part of the Globe Hospitality Package.

  • Standard Welcome Pack
    The Standard Pack includes: tea, coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, orange juice, mineral water, milk, sweet biscuits and savoury crisps (sorry no substitutions).
  • Luxury Welcome Pack
    We are also offering a 'luxury' pack. This is available for £50.00 plus VAT and includes the above items plus cereal, bread, butter, jam, cheese, eggs, croissants, bacon, mini cheeses, cheese crackers, yoghurt and a bottle of wine.
